In conjunction with The Deadly Dozen
Delivered by a Deadly Dozen Master Trainer
We bring you the first ever DEADLY SHOOT Exhibition Competition – an event like no other.
📅 Saturday 9th November
📍 Delta Marriott Hotel, Milton Keynes
💥 Push yourself through the journeys and labours of the Deadly Fit Test – but this time, with the added skill of laser pistol shooting.
💥 Step up to the line with laser pistols (as used in modern pentathlon).
With your heart racing, you must:
🔹 Slow your heart rate after intense effort
🔹 Steady your breathing to gain control
🔹 Focus your mind to hit 5 targets before moving on
This is more than strength and endurance — it’s about control under pressure. Can you stay calm enough to shoot straight when your body is screaming?

⚙️ EVENT FORMAT:
Choose your journey — Run or Row — each one 400m between every station.
At each stop, you’ll perform 60 reps of the designated exercise before or after taking your shot (as listed below):
1️⃣ 400m Journey → Deadlift + Shoot
2️⃣ 400m Journey → Snatch + Shoot
3️⃣ 400m Journey → Goblet Squats + Shoot
4️⃣ 400m Journey → Push Press + Shoot
5️⃣ 400m Journey → Push Press → Shoot
6️⃣ 400m Journey → Devil Press → Shoot
You must hit all 5 laser targets within the time limit before moving to the next stage.

⚠️ PENALTIES & SCORING:
❌ If you fail to hit all 5 within time, a 25-second penalty will be added to your final time for each incomplete set of 5.
🏋️♀️ Competition Weights: Must be used to be in with a chance of winning the Deadly Shoot Trophy.
💪 To earn your exclusive Deadly Shoot Exhibition Patch, complete the event using the designated weights set by your trainer.
